Observation

Licensor recieved a compliant about an infant placed in Waddler classroom with the other children and new staff that has not completed pre service requirements supervising children alone. Licensor reviewed staff qualifications and found out that 2 new staff were put in different classrooms without TB test and complete background check; during phone interview one of the staff in the Waddler classroom admitted that an infant was placed there beacuse the infant room was closed.
